- 01What areas do you serve?
- We're based in Yadkinville, NC and regularly serve Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Durham, Clemmons, Lewisville, Advance, and the surrounding Triad. For larger projects we travel further into the Piedmont and western North Carolina.
- 02How much does a custom kitchen cost?
- A fully custom kitchen in the Triad typically ranges from $28,000 to $65,000 installed, depending on cabinet count, wood species, finish complexity, and integrated appliance panels. Smaller cabinetry packages (a single built-in wall, a laundry room, a mudroom) commonly land between $6,000 and $15,000.
- 03How long does a custom cabinet project take?
- From first consultation to final install, budget 12 to 16 weeks. That breaks down as roughly 2 weeks for design, 6 to 8 weeks in the shop, and 1 to 2 weeks on-site for install. Walnut and complex painted finishes run at the longer end.
- 04Do you offer design services, or do I need my own designer?
- We handle design in-house — elevations, 3D renderings, material samples, and finish selection. If you're already working with an architect or interior designer we collaborate with them directly.
- 05What wood species do you build in?
- Most projects are white oak, walnut, maple, cherry, or paint-grade poplar. We source domestic hardwood locally when we can and can work with rift-cut and quarter-sawn cuts for specific grain patterns.
- 06Do you install, or is that a separate contractor?
- The same team that builds your cabinets installs them. That's non-negotiable for us — it's the only way to guarantee fit and finish.
- 07Do you build commercial casework?
- Yes. Reception desks, retail fixtures, conference credenzas, and restaurant millwork. Local install with shop-grade fit and finish.
- 08How do I get a quote?
- The fastest way is our contact form or a call to 336-244-0251. For most projects we'll schedule a site visit to measure and understand the space before quoting.
- 09Do you offer financing?
- We accept staged payments tied to project milestones (design, shop start, install). We don't provide in-house financing but can recommend local lenders our clients have used.
- 10What warranty comes with your work?
- Lifetime structural warranty on our cabinet boxes and drawer construction, and a 5-year finish warranty on shop-applied finishes when maintained per our care guide.
